How to use this tool

Frequently asked questions
Can I rotate only certain pages?
Yes. Each page thumbnail has its own rotate-left and rotate-right buttons, so you can turn just the pages that need it, or use the buttons above the grid to turn every page at once.
What rotation angles are supported?
Pages turn in 90° steps, clockwise or counter-clockwise; press twice for 180°. These cover all standard orientation fixes.
Does rotating change the file size?
Rotation is stored as a metadata flag in the PDF - it does not re-encode content - so file size change is minimal.
Is the original file modified?
No. HerePDF loads a copy of your file into the browser's memory to render the thumbnails and apply rotation. That happens to the in-memory copy only - the file on your device is untouched until you download the result, so you can discard your changes and start over with the original at any point.
