Frequently asked questions
Can I rotate only certain pages?
Yes. You can choose to rotate all pages or enter specific page numbers to rotate individually.
What rotation angles are supported?
HerePDF supports 90° clockwise, 90° counter-clockwise, and 180°. These cover all standard orientation fixes.
Does rotating change the file size?
Rotation is stored as a metadata flag in the PDF — it does not re-encode content — so file size change is minimal.
Is the original file modified?
No. HerePDF loads a copy of your file into the browser's memory to render the thumbnails and apply rotation. That happens to the in-memory copy only — the file on your device is untouched until you download the result, so you can discard your changes and start over with the original at any point.
