Is this a digital signature?

No. It is your signature drawn onto the page, like signing a printout — an electronic signature, not a cryptographic digital signature. It does not prove who signed, or that the file has not changed since, and it can be copied like any image. Some documents and some recipients require a digital signature or a specific signing service; if in doubt, ask whoever needs the signed file what they accept.

Is my signature uploaded or saved anywhere?

Neither. The PDF and your signature never leave your browser, and the tool does not save your signature anywhere — not even in this browser. Close or reload the page and it is gone, so nobody else using this computer can apply it. That means making it again next time; if you sign often, keep a picture of your signature somewhere private and use Upload.

Can I add the date, my printed name, or initials on every page?

Yes. Place a date in one of four formats, short text such as your printed name, and optionally your initials in the same spot on every page — with any page skipped, such as the one you sign in full. Text is limited to Latin characters for now.

Can I move the signature later in another PDF app?

No. Everything is drawn into the page itself, so it prints and looks the same in every reader, but it is not a separate object you can drag later. Keep your unsigned original in case you need to sign again.
